really awesome place, 2 TV in the room, awesome city view, bathtub feels great (can't get hot water for the bathtub but that can be tricked though). some food tastes absolutely great, too bad it didn't refill quickly, and some need a little bit more seasoning. great experience anyway

The service is great and you got nice view of west Jakarta. A great place for staycation, and the food was nice. For the hotel management, please more detail on cleaning like below sofa and bed and please add more elevator/lift.

The room was amazing, ambience so relaxing. I have no complaint for the room but I have bad experience with the security when I lost my wallet in parking area, they (maybe) did not tried to check the cctv. No further follow up, just asked me to hope if there is someone with good heart that will find and give it back to me.

Harris hotel never cease to amaze me. Our room is clean, and I mean very clean. Check in and check out was very fast. The room design is so cute and comfy. Our kids like it so much. They also have amazing bed which made me slept like a log. Breakfast time, I have never doubt foods from harris hotel. I have been to harris sentul, tebet, and this one gave me the same exact experience: amazing! Their food is very different from hotels food in average, their food has been adjusted to indonesians, so the taste are delicious, spicy in few menus, full of herb and warm just like an indonesian true restaurant. I'd rate it 11 out of 10. They also have amazing pool. Unfortunately we were only stay for 1 night and forgot to bring our swimwear. Next time we'll be sure to try it.

We had pleasant stay during Lebaran for 2 nights. Check-in process was simple and quite fast. Staffs were friendly. Spacious swimming pool. The only thing that needs to be improved is your pay-ice cream next to the door access to swimming pool. We sat outside and two different staffs were asking us to pay the ice cream bill. But overall, we really had a great time during our stay at Harris Suites Puri Mansion. Thank you!

Check in process was very smooth. It was fasting season so the hotel prepared dinner for us. Breakfast was OK too. I didn't have any problem with the elevator.

The floor was dirty, the water bottle Dirty, the pillow smell not good, The lift is confusing since has guest lift sign but eventually it's for Apartment's but the breakfast were good (just please add some variants, there is even no fried noodle). Thank you and keep improving please.
