Very nice staff hotel, fast check-in progress, good ambiance and clean room. Stay at this hotel while pandemic covid-19 and they really good to treat guest to feel safe, hand sanitizer everywhere, temperature body check and free flow for "jamu"

For the staff, all are friendly, the room is okay, the breakfast is okay, the cleanliness is also okay. For the receptionist, if possible, be friendlier. Because yesterday I was quite surprised by her words.

The service is really the best, the food at Santan Resto is delicious, the kids are happy, the pool is clean, and the kids' room was upgraded to a larger one. Special thanks to Mas Daniel, the FO staff who is super duper friendly & has upgraded our room.
