first, when I check in, the room are not ready, it almost 02.00 pm (as scheduled in voucher). the room are perfect, but there was just one set bath utilities such towel and territories while we are request for 3 persons. need improvement on breakfast, considered to provide fresh milk, and the cleanliness of the breakfast room are need to be attention.

I love this hotel, especially for the location. It’s located near to the city centre. Only for the breakfast, I don’t really taste anything.

First time they gave me room that the blanket dirty have a spot of fresh blood, second room they gave me room haven't clean up yet, the third room they gave me the air conditioner not cool enough and the exhaust fan in bath room are not function. The wifi cannot connected as well. But the food when breakfast are quite good taste.

There is no parking available for our car, first we are told to park in the basement (the allocated parking area for overnight hotel guests), yet it's full. Then we have to ask to park outside the lobby which apparently need to pay a little extra money, but it's fine. They really have to improve on the cleanliness of the room. The moment we stepped into the room, 2 cockroaches were 'travelling' around. The room smells, the toilet is dirty. The worst thing is the bed sheets, it has stains all over. The best thing about this hotel is that it is quite near the Central Business District area. and the staff is friendly.
