Wall, pillow case, bath room its all dirty. Theres also cockroachs in bathroom and bedroom. Bfast close @08.30 which is already done before 08,30 because theres no more food.

we were at mourn as our father passed away, and this place was very helpfull for us to get some rest before the burial today, hopefully this place will expand more and more.

The hotel was dirty, old furniture, scary room and hotel because of poor of light and the breakfast was simple and out of expectation

It's an old-style hotel but not as good as seen on Apps, the price paid (IDR 600K's for high season price) was not commensurate with the quality received. The bed linen was dirty, there were spots and hair stains. The wallpaper had been peeled off a lot. The room was dirty, dusty and smelly, I had to use an air freshener to reduce odor. To control TV, it used a universal remote control, so I had to find out how to set it up first (googling the code, trial and error for several codes as well). The water shower couldn't spray hot water (even warm). The toilet seat was gone (how come?). The wardrobe was dirty and smelly. Towels and toiletries were not provided. The room phone (to call or ask to hotel staff) was not available as well. I finally took this hotel room because the other hotels were full in the new year's holiday season.

This is not a hotel. the room is dirty and so smelly. I will never recommend to anyone. I arrived there and look at the worst hotel ever then I leave looking for other hotel. Very disappointing.
