according to the price actually.. just surprised z the toilet is not comfortable there are cockroaches walking around there is no hot water.. at 4 am wanted to take a shower the water ran out, the lights went out too that's when the cockroaches came because the AC was off. if the bed is comfortable big wide only there are traces of cement powder so it has to be cleaned but the one covered by the sheet is not.. SMG in the future the hotel will be more comfortable y.. BKN wants to bring it down but this is my experience sorry y.. if the staff is good friendly patient it seems 🙏

The receptionist, a female, was so rude that she complained that the AC was dead and then told me to fix it myself. Highly not recommended.

In the past, I stayed when it was a hotel, not RedDoorz, at that time overall it was according to the price and conditions received. Several years later, I came to Jogja again and wanted to try this hotel again, RedDoorz should have minimum service standards. But it's very unfortunate for the service from Mbak, who is she? I forgot to ask the name, when we arrived early in the morning, we knew we could check in early, if we couldn't, then it was conveyed well, good gestures at least greeted first, stood up, said hello, admonished guests first, in a good tone without being insulting or condescending. Everything in life still has karma, when you are doing what people need, don't be arrogant and condescending, what do you do when you meet and the position is reversed? Would you be happy if you were treated like that? In the end, I still didn't cancel, I felt sorry for the condition of the hotel now compared to the last time I was there, but I didn't have the heart to stay there after the FO treatment. Finally, you stayed at another hotel, still checked in and checked out according to the time instructed by Ms. FO. For owners or those who own a brand, occasionally go down and inspect the field to see if everything is still up to standard. Disguise yourself as a commoner like us and how they are treated, so you know what it's like to be a hotel guest at your place.

I really regret staying here, I was not mentally prepared. I was fooled by the nice photos that appeared on the app, it seemed like they were old photos when it was new. Just checked in and met a super rude receptionist, the room was small with no windows - this doesn't appear on Traveloka, the room was dirty, the sheets that should have been white had turned brownish, the bed made a sound like it was about to break, the AC wasn't cold, the light switches were taped, the bathroom was dirty, the exhaust in the bathroom and AC were blackish and had never been cleaned, one of the tiles on the floor of the room had collapsed, but it turned out to have a hole, when I reported it, the receptionist told me to cover it with a RedDoorz banner, it was ridiculous. I was given a worn out towel that was torn and had holes, the original color was unclear. A third of the mirror on the wall was missing, it had been broken and not repaired. Just came in and asked the receptionist to clean the dirty room floor and was told to get it myself from the back of the hotel, who knows where, the receptionist should have taken the initiative to tell housekeeping to clean the room. BTW, the only thing that is still shiny is the red RedDoorz banner placed at the bottom end of the bed, the rest is all crumpled and worn. I had already paid for 2 rooms for 3 nights, only the first night I immediately decided to check out and change hotels. It's better to lose money for 2 nights that can't be refunded than to eat your heart out. I swear, I will never return to this hotel again, this is the worst hotel in terms of infrastructure and service that I have ever stayed at.

Senang karena bersih hanya saja kebagian kamar yang pengap, dan harapannya ada pewangi ruangan.

Resepsionis tidak ramah, kamar mandi kotor dan bau, selimut bau tikus.

Acnya mati nyala gajelas, kebersihannya kurang, kasurnya bau apek.

Jangan pernah nginep di hotel ini. Receptionis nya crazy! Gak sopan! Hotel bau, minta pindah kamar malah marah-marah si receptionisnya. Saya nginep 3 malam. Baru 1 malam saya langsung check out pindah hotel. Receptionisnya gak punya etika sama tamu, ngomong dari balik pintu, tamu belum selesai bicara dia sudah tutup dan kunci pintunya. Selama saya menginap di hotel, hotel ini yang paling sangat buruk. Semoga receptionisnya bisa belajar lebih sopan dan beretika. Bisa menangani segala keluhan yang dirasakan setiap tamu yang datang. Saran saya hotel seperti ini seharusnya sudah diberhentikan izin operasionalnya.

The cleanliness is very poor, maybe in the future it could be even cleaner. The toilet is too narrow to sit. There were some cockroaches too. The hot water is okay.

During the stay the air conditioner was not cold, the service was good, the rooms were decent, the bathroom was still bad. Cleanliness is decent.

The service is good, friendly, helpful. The AC is cold, the TV is on, the mattress is good. Unfortunately the mirror was broken and dirty.

The toilet is dirty, the lights go out and the handling is not fast.

Oka for cheap prices, complete toiletries and most importantly there is hot water.
