according to the price actually.. just surprised z the toilet is not comfortable there are cockroaches walking around there is no hot water.. at 4 am wanted to take a shower the water ran out, the lights went out too that's when the cockroaches came because the AC was off. if the bed is comfortable big wide only there are traces of cement powder so it has to be cleaned but the one covered by the sheet is not.. SMG in the future the hotel will be more comfortable y.. BKN wants to bring it down but this is my experience sorry y.. if the staff is good friendly patient it seems 🙏

In the end, I still didn't cancel, I felt sorry for the condition of the hotel now compared to the last time I was there, but I didn't have the heart to stay there after the FO treatment. I really regret staying here, I was not mentally prepared. I was fooled by the nice photos that appeared on the app, it seemed like they were old photos when it was new. Just checked in and met a super rude receptionist, the room was small with no windows - this doesn't appear on Traveloka, the room was dirty, the sheets that should have been white had turned brownish, the bed made a sound like it was about to break, the AC wasn't cold, the light switches were taped, the bathroom was dirty, the exhaust in the bathroom and AC were blackish and had never been cleaned, one of the tiles on the floor of the room had collapsed, but it turned out to have a hole, when I reported it, the receptionist told me to cover it with a RedDoorz banner, it was ridiculous. I was given a worn out towel that was torn and had holes, the original color was unclear. A third of the mirror on the wall was missing, it had been broken and not repaired. Just came in and asked the receptionist to clean the dirty room floor and was told to get it myself from the back of the hotel, who knows where, the receptionist should have taken the initiative to tell housekeeping to clean the room. BTW, the only thing that is still shiny is the red RedDoorz banner placed at the bottom end of the bed, the rest is all crumpled and worn. I had already paid for 2 rooms for 3 nights, only the first night I immediately decided to check out and change hotels. It's better to lose money for 2 nights that can't be refunded than to eat your heart out. I swear, I will never return to this hotel again, this is the worst hotel in terms of infrastructure and service that I have ever stayed at.

Jangan pernah nginep di hotel ini. Receptionis nya crazy! Gak sopan! Hotel bau, minta pindah kamar malah marah-marah si receptionisnya. Saya nginep 3 malam. Baru 1 malam saya langsung check out pindah hotel. Receptionisnya gak punya etika sama tamu, ngomong dari balik pintu, tamu belum selesai bicara dia sudah tutup dan kunci pintunya. Selama saya menginap di hotel, hotel ini yang paling sangat buruk. Semoga receptionisnya bisa belajar lebih sopan dan beretika. Bisa menangani segala keluhan yang dirasakan setiap tamu yang datang. Saran saya hotel seperti ini seharusnya sudah diberhentikan izin operasionalnya.
