I was on a family vacation that week and although this was a business hotel, we felt very cozy and comfortable staying here. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Room service was great and affordable. We ate Indonesian food from room service and it was delicious. Keep the good service!

The reception lady, Ms. Indri was helpful. The room was quite nice. My complain would be the bed linen and the bath towel, they have damp smell. I had them change everyday. Other than that, everything was good.

Every Eid we stay a few days at the Ayola hotel because it is closer to the homes of relatives in Cikarang, the hotel is comfortable, clean and the friendly staffs makes you feel at home.
