Yes, actually the cleaning reception service is all okay, but this time I was surprised, one of the hotel staff wanted to enter the room, fortunately there was a block using the door lock. You don't even knock playing as long as you just open the room. I was a bit traumatized by wanting to stay, I just checked out for a few hours. Please correct again 🙏.

The service is not friendly, the reception does not direct where the room is. The AC remote is not there, towels are not provided, it's really very bad. The room smells musty, the toilet smells bad. That's really bad. Moving rooms is also the same, the room service phone is not picked up. The room boy phone is also the same. The management is really bad. .

The rooms are clean, nice, comfortable, the rooms are not soundproof, you can still hear outside sounds, maybe there is a little extra. If possible in the bathroom, it should be cleaned again.
