I arrive at 3 pm, I ask for check in, they said I need to wait until 5 pm, because I pay for promotion rate, it 's clearly said the check in is 2 pm.

Hotel staff suggest me to clean my room at second shift, which is at 14.00 WITA, while I waiting at the lobby, I often see receptionist & someone who picked up laundry not wearing masker. Please use your masker, it prevent you to spread Corona Virus

The rule that ojek online can't use lift bothered me, I must leave my online meeting to came down to the lobby & pick my food, awesome !

Sorry for the inconvenience, each hotel has its own policies and regarding the problem you have to go down to the lobby to meet with the gojek drivers, we are sorry that you should be able to order the gojek drivers who do not want to go up through the stairs to leave food orders to receptionis and later our clerk will deliver food orders to your room.
Even though the rules we apply to using the lift are only intended for guests and for the convenience of our own guests and gojek drivers to deliver food orders for guests, please go up through the stairs like other gojek drivers.thank you for your attention and input, hopefully you will always be healthy and successful.

nice stay for 3 night, first day request housekeeping to change bedsheet and bedcover, nice breakfast, there is shower with hot water, overall ok, just need to improve to clean room without request from customer.

the room was spacious and it felt homey for me. not much choice for breakfast and the taste is average, but better than nothing, I only had coffee and a slice of bread for breakfast every morning, since nothing else can pique my interest. the staff were friendly but make sure you tell them if you want to get your room cleaned, otherwise they won't clean up your room. its a bit noisy in the morning since there's a school behind the hotel, consider it as alarm.
