The food here is definitely something to look forward to. And there's qq karaoke Club for those who like singing and have a good time. The only problem for me is the narrow parking space. You can't park your vehicle by yourself but the valet service is always ready to help you day and night.

Staff ramah. Nginap selama 3 malam. Stay di lt. 6, selama 3 hari AC tidak dingin. Padahal sudah info ke reception. Malam terakhir, terbangun pk. 2 pagi gara2 ada suara berisik (geser2 barang, barang gedenag gedebug, langkah kaki)- entah dari mana. Pk. 3.30am masih berisik, lapor ke reception. Di temanin salah satu staff naik dan ikut dengar suara berisik. Namun tidak tau dari mana. Sampai pk. 4 lewat masih terdengar suara berisik nya. Besok pagi nya, tanya ke staff. Di bilang memang lg ada proses pengosongan kamar? Kok kerja di saat jam istirahat? 🤔. Tidak memuaskan dari jawaban 😄. Semoga tidak terulang lagi ya 😄.

I stayed in a space room. It was not as I expected. I expected there will be a rug in the room. But there wasn't. I expected the sofa will be bigger. But it wasn't. So yeah, other than that. Everything was perfect. Looking forward to stay at neo+ in the future again.

Stay for 7 days there, the bath towel never replaced even already asked 2-3 times to the cleaning services. Finally on the last day they stayed there they replaced the towels after a complaint to the receptionist.
