Came with my spouse and kid. We arrived at 6PM, check in process and requesting an extra bed for our son is without any hassle. Room is neat, toilet is clean, bed and pillow are great but what shocked us is there is no refrigerator inside the room as we already bought sodas and water. As for room that need to be improve, hopefully there is mini fridge, upper shelf (the black shelf above the mineral water & hot pot) is very dusty I can swipe my finger and see the separation of dust. And most important for us is the quality of your TV channels is very bad. All channel is grainy, please lah we are in digital era now you can simply put antenna receiver and use digital converter for this. I do understand that you are using mnc cable facility please you can do better than this. Breakfast experience is great especially the local dishes such as nasi cikur and nasi kuning. It just need a proper position to showcase the stand to make guest notice the stand. All and all, it was great experience to stay at santika tasikmalaya.

We always stay in this hotel every time we travel to Tasikmalaya, either for family trip or business. The staff are friendly, foods are good and they serve traditional menus that you won't find anywhere else. Room is clean and worth the money. Nice swimming pool, though I never had the chance to try the gym. The hotel is located around restaurants and street foods, making my life easier.

Love to be back here. If I'm not mistaken, they renovated their room interior. I really like their new interior now, minimalist and the room certainly cleaner than the last time I stayed here. Check in process was super fast and efficient, the front office help me handled all my fams (booked 5rooms) really well. All staffs're very friendly and helpful. I think the only cons is the breakfast food, they offer a variety of foods but I think they can elevate both taste and quality of the foods it self. But the restaurant ' s staff was also very nice.

I had the most pleasant stay here, recommend to everyone for staycation and family stay. Bedroom and bathroom was clean & tidy. Nice view and comfort in swimming pool and rooftop. The staff also helpful and friendly. Many choice for the breakfast, great taste, and the most important is have egg-corner. Sunny side-up is delicious.
