Well unfortunately the room itself wasn't quite comfortable, TV was on and off, bed and its duvet made me itchy, bathroom is small because of the shape and dirty, hair dryer just able to be used for the first 1 minute and overheat, AC controller is not useful. What was good on my stay just I was allowed to have late check out at the maximum because I still had a meeting. Location also good.

Udah beberapa kali disini tapi my last experience is the worst. Staff standby di resepsionis only one person, dan akhirnya check in ke delay. Kunci pengaman ganda di pintu ada yang rusak, I'm on 12 floor, room 12. Saat jalan di lobby, masih terdengar suara dari kamar lain, I don't know antara dinding kamar tipis or suara cust lain yang besar.

The cleanliness of the room is good, nothing disappoints. Business trips go smoothly because staying here is very comfortable.

My 2nd stay here it was nice and so so, overall its good. Just need the improvement of the food. Maybe you need to served more variant kind of food for breakfast.
