Very bad telkomsel connection + unstable hotel wifi; One time housekeeping forgot to put towel; Poor breakfast (bread and coffee).

The hotel is good, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the hotel is still new, there is a rooftop cafe, the atmosphere is pleasant, the price is affordable with facilities.

Room wash very smelly and not ready yet. The bed sheets also didn't change from other guest.

The views from rooftop bar is beautiful. Front office should give information to guests regards to it.

We depart from hotel after breakfast at 10am and come back to hotel at 11pm. On third night, we been told by hotel that the LCD TV spoilt and they force us to pay for it. This is totally unacceptable and we will never stay there anymore.

Mugi was handled our stay perfectly. Check in and check out was handled by her. Thanks for the excellent service mugi. I'm highly recommend this hotel as the view was good and the room is perfectly clean.

Breakfast only provided for 2 person for 2 rooms instead 1 room for a couple.

Nice hotel. Room was comfortable. Pillow so soft that I had difficulty waking up hihihi. Staff was OK just that they didn't followed my instruction of having my take away breakfast send to the room instead it was left at the reception area waiting to be pickup. Guess it was a mis-communication but nevertheless the hotel is very nice, warm and comfortable. I will definitely be back again in June 2024. Cheers. 5 stars. Keep up thr good work!
