The check in process was quite fast. But, the access card given did not work even after I went back to the receptionist desk after the second encounter. I was told to wait for the technician to fix it. We already waited for like 15 minutes in the aisle spaces along side the rooms. My family was quite dissaponted to this situation. Then I asked to change the room to another room and got the new access card accordingly. And, simply It worked normally. Well the rest experience aside that ' getting in ' case was just fine. We were all quite happy to stay at this hotel. Hopefully next time wil be much better.

The staffs all are very kind, nice and helpful … the room is very clean and comfy. Very nice to stay and will be stay back in Ibis Styles.

I had the most pleasant stay here for service and facility. Near JIS (only 10 mins by car) for a concert or other event. But please do extra preparation if JIS has an event, so the guests can check in on time at 2 pm. Thank you.

I love the access to balcony from my room. Too bad there were mosquitoes at night on the balcony. They only provided 1 hand towel and 1 towel I thought the standard of hotels were 2 towels each. Room was OK. Bathroom was so small.

I forgot to change guest number, it is booked under 1, yet I tried to revised it to 2 guest in a room. Online agent suggest to confirm directly with hotel. I called and they insist on charging me extra 75k for breakfast despite I've explained that the price the hotel charged via online agent when I book a room with breakfast either for 1 or 2 guests are all the same. Yet they won't understand. Disappointed at both: online agent and Ibis Style Sunter!
