Upon arrival, they had no record of my reservation. The room was not clean. No hot water and the air conditioning was not working properly.

Well..the room is terrible! The floor wasn’t clean, and AC is not even cold, I couldn’t sleep because is very hot inside the room. Dirty bathroom and mosquitoes everywhere :( but the breakfast and the service were good.

The bed is okey, but the bathroom is terrible. They didn’t clean it and the hose from toilet is leak. The food is good
