No complain. It 's a smiling place. Every details are excellent. The real staycation, a wonderful experience. Got a jackpot. We can see morning sunrise behind the mountains. Thank you the Kollektiv and Hara Cafe.

I had a very pleasant experience in this hotel! The room is clean as expected! The breakfast was so tasty, the service is 10/10. Definitely will comeback. Good Job Kollektive Hotel. Keep it up!

Overall OK tapi mungkin 2 poin yg perlu saya keluhkan ato mungkin perlu di perhatikan pertama ada design kamar mandi dan wc yg hanya di beri kaca es yg menurut saya agak canggung dan menganggu klo kita ada tamu di kamar. Yang kedua adalah kopi atau teh saat breakfast yg hanya di batasi 1 gelas per tamu, saya paham itu dari cafe tapi mungkin perlu juga di sediakan kopi dan teh utk refill utk tamu yg ingin tambah lagi walaupun tidak seenak yg jatah tamu.

Really nice hotel, great design, big rooms, location was distant from everything. Every additional request costs money in this hotel, extra cup of thee, extra blanket, children joining breakfast. This is not the fact in other hotels.

Nice place to stay. Ambiance nya adem menyenangkan, konsep hotel industrial ditambah tanaman hijau yg subur² bnget, bikin makin homey. Reserved kamar superior kalo ga salah, room space utk seorang aja mah ckup banget. Isi hotelnya komplit dah, ada hair dryer yg diaimpen rapi di tas kain gt. Wastafel diluar kamar mandi aja yg agak PR, tp kalo kita behave masih aman hehehe. Netflix lancar bkin begadang liat pelm terus. Breakfast nya a la carte krna baru puasa. Buat surprisingly apa yg gw idam²kan dari paris baguette ada donk disna. Ku pesen croissant chicken apa gt, sama muahroom bread apa gt. Enaklah pokoknya.

The ambiance was super good, we can spent hours in Hara for just enjoy the coffee. The breakfast had many variance of food & quite nice, surprisingly they had Indomie! Things to improved is the bathroom quality. Somehow they forgot to put the soap bottle in my room — so I have to request for the soap and the shower standing was not working well, it kept falling so we need to hold it by ourselves. Hope you guys can improve it!
