The hotel perfect if you need feel on villages. But walk access need adding flat way to make more easy if guest bring a suitcase and area on bathroom need close (too open) somebody can snoop when you at bathroom.

The room is good but not with the service & facility. I waited for 30mins for my floating breakfast & the staff haven't informed anything. They keep the outside room dirty even though they saw rubbish & cigarettes.

Bad hotel management. We paid for 2 nights. But the second day we were asked to move because there would be a private party. We were given a hotel that was below the rate we paid for la luna. After complaining, we were finally moved to a decent hotel. The receptionist and the restaurant staff were not well coordinated. We ordered a floating breakfast for the pool. We told them 4x (to anticipate bad coordination) to serve the food after the rain, but they still delivered the food during the rain! The pool was dirty! Green and mossy pool water. Even lots of dirts were not filtered. Very disappointing. No hotel staff under 7 am. Smelly toilet.
