The hotel is luxurious and extravagant beyond its price. The staff were very warm and welcoming. The check-in was smooth, so we decided to get the Accor Plus membership. Our room was upgraded to the Suite, which has an amazing view of the city and Gedung Sate. The room is very nice with a modern and luxurious design. The breakfast was very nice, with many kinds of food to choose from. There is also a swimming pool and a fitness center. Overall a must stay place to enjoy Bandung from it's center.

We were a 10 person family group that stayed over the weekend to celebrate my mom's birthday. It was a pleasant stay at De Paviljoen Bandung. Strategic location, all staffs were friendly and helpful (all of them!), rooms were clean, good facilities and the covid19 health protocols were applied in good manner as well. Breakfast menu and taste were also very good! I got a complimentary Birthday Cake surprise on our breakfast, it was a very pleasant experience stayed there, will be back again! - Please keep up the good work De Paviljoen!

Kamar bersih, nyaman, dan tersedia handuk 5 buah. Fasilitas room cukup lengkap. Hot and cold water untuk mandi, dua buah TV di dalam ruangan, kettle atau teko air panas. Sayangnya untuk room family dengan kapasitas 5 orang, gelas yang di sediakan hanya dua buah. Tapi tak masalah. Karna disediakan juga air mineral botol sebanyak 5 buah. Hot water untuk mandi di hari terakhir saya menginap, kurang sepanas hari pertama. Lampu tangga di kamar dari tiga, hanya satu yang menyala dengan baik. 1 lampu redup dan satu lampu mati. Alangkah baiknya jika semuanya menyala.

The hotel is very strategic, just a walking distance to cafes and banks. There was also a 24-hour Circle K in the lobby, which was very much convenient. However we had problems with the rooms itself, the first one had a broken lock and we were moved to another room with a problematic electricity outlet. The staff were helpful in fixing these problems though there coincidentally was a wedding in the hotel and the noise went to our room. A suggestion would be to avoid that third floor altogether if you need peace.

The hotel started for not putting attention in details. Bathroom is not cleaned properly especially in wooden accent (aksen kayu). The bed sheet is also not so white-is like has been used by somebody else and did not been washed before.
