The staff (security in front of the lobby, housekeeper/housekeeping, female receptionist and staff at the swimming pool) are friendly and provide good information when I ask, the room and bathroom are clean, the AC is also cold, hot and cold water is ok, vacation with family and friends is highly recommended, the swimming pool is clean and the view is nice. I'm so satisfied staying here... This was my first time staying here, and all the staff, from the front desk to the restaurant waitresses, were friendly and very helpful. Even though it's a 3-star hotel, the service is 5-star 😍. At check-in, we were offered an upgrade to a large room. It turned out to be worth it, because the room was spacious and had a balcony. The location is strategic, close to many dining options but the atmosphere inside the hotel is quiet & comfortable. The staff is friendly & responsive.
