I had pleasant stay here, the room was clean and tidy, the staffs were very helpful, the room amenities were complete, and the food was great. The hotel location is minutes away by walking from nagoya hill and nagoya city centre and minutes away by car/taxi from harbour bay port. Definitely will stay here again when visiting Batam.

As usual it always have fun staying in Amaris. Easy check in and check out. Friendly staff. Nice room and tea maker is available now (smart room). This is our 2nd time at same family suite room. This time the main bedroom shower place was choked after a bath but it was quickly rectified by the hotel staffs. The common toilet door still remain unfixed as per last visit last year. Overall it is still a spacious (for 2 adults & 2 kids with two king beds) and clean hotel to stay in.

Check in requires deposit. Limited carpark space. Small Room was not ventilated properly. Hotel corridor has some weird mouldy smell. Room was clean and tidy. Be prepared to face the noise at night as there was a night lounge at the rooftop. Loud music live band till 4-5am. Hotel good for youngsters not recommended for family with children or grandparents.

My taxi driver commented that driving to the front of the hotel to make a you turn is a bit dangerous, too steep. I ordered 2 breakfast, one Indonesian and one continental, food was wrongly served.
