The hotel was clean, comfortable, and warm. Most importantly, it was very easy to get to Istora within walking distance. So, when I got home late at night from watching the Badminton Indonesia Open, I could just walk to the hotel and rest right away without having to scramble for an online motorcycle taxi. Thank you.

My first time at this hotel. It's a luxury hotel, but they often have promotional prices. There's a swimming pool, gym, cool air conditioning, and friendly staff. The service is excellent. We asked the customer service at IG Hotel about charging our electric car, and the staff responded promptly. Thank you to the security team, especially the chief, Mr. Mus, who welcomed us with open arms. Five thumbs up. If you want to go to Blok M, you're just a short walk across the street, hehe.

What a nice staycation! Ambiance/Facilities: good vibes, great facilities. Food: delicious and various breakfast options. Staff are helpful. Staff Assistance: helpful and nice. My husband fainted in the garden, and the staff immediately helped us with a wheelchair, first aid kit, and helped us check out.
