Hotels near Pasar Panorama Lembang

The staff is very friendly. Breakfast is good. The is indomie in breakfast. But unfortunately, hot water in bathroom not hot.

The room is basically nice and spacious. Bathroom was clean, but the sound from the road is terrible. 1 week before my stay, I called them and ask for not so noisy roo and they said yes, but in reality, they gave me that noisy room. Breakfast wast nice, omelette could be better though. The worst park is the parking lot, there 's a car blocking my car, and it was handbraked. When I parked there night before, they make sure my handbrake was off, but for other car, seems they don't have to follow the rules.

Good location can walk to many places for eating and even you can walk to attractions area, grab here easy to get access and food cheap!

We booked 3 deluxe rooms for 2 nights but we ended up checking out early as our first night stay at this hotel was horrible. The bathrooms were smelly and the bedsheets were stinky and got some stains. One of the basins was leaking. One bathroom's ceiling was nearly falling off. The bathroom didn't drain properly which caused flooding on the bathroom floor. The hot water supply was restricted to a certain period. There was no WiFi at the hotel either. We asked for a refund for the second night of our stay as we only stayed for 1 night but the receptionist refused to give our money back.

Old building, but the circumstances very good for relax.

The staff was helpful, good for 1 night stay.
