The rooms are so spacey, clean and neat. Checked in quite fast, for breakfast it's OK nothing special. Customer service is excellent. Overall I like it a lot (especially the swimming pool is so wide and long) and I would love to come to visit again near future. Thanks, Fraser 👍

I had a pleasant stay at Fraser Sudirman. The place was terrific, the suite was fancy and spacious, so the room is far better than what I expected. I think the marketing team needs to upload a nicer pictures for these rooms because the current one doesn't really represent the real condition. The suite even has a working space and a washing machine. The kitchen has a full range of cooking utensils. The bedroom was comfy and there was two extra pillows. The bathroom was equipped with a bathtub and a shower. Unfortunately the TV was not a smart one so it was not possible to watch Netflix. My only input is to enforce a stricter health protocol, since I didn't see the staff wearing double masks. And they should check whether the guests has already been vaccinated or not.

Had a great experience staying here. I requested for a small birthday decoration and they fulfilled it. Thumbs up for that. One thing that I'd like to note is that there's still room for improvements regarding the breakfast. But overall, it's nice staying here. I'll definitely comeback.

The hotel is really close to several landmarks and famous places, so you can enjoy your holidays even more. The facilities are also great and the service is really nice. Very very recommended to stay in Jakarta.

Strategic location, easy to find by online taxi. Pleasant & helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Absolutely recommended!

1. It was located in the middle of the citizen's residential area, near Jl. Hour. Rasuna Said as the main road. But it was surrounded by office buildings, shopping malls, restaurants, cafes, and also accessible by public transportation (TransJakarta & LRT). It was actually quite far from the main road, so you need to take a walk or hitchhike a ride to get there. 2. The room wasn't quite big but spacious enough. I booked a Deluxe Room, but I got a free upgrade to the Executive Room which of course is bigger. Actually both types of the rooms are quite similar, the only difference is that the Executive Room has a single sofa at the corner of the room. There was a wall-size window that could be opened, which had a very tiny space without any view but a wall, perhaps it was made for smokers to smoke. Surprisingly, the room has a microwave to reheat your food. Unfortunately, the room was a bit unclean. I could feel the dust on the blanket and the linen. The Air Conditioner was not as cold as it was expected. 3. The bathroom was on the right side of the door, and it was really small. The hose-spray attached to the toilet flew a high power of water. The shower tube was so small, and it was quite hard for me to move my body, especially when I needed to reach some difficult parts of my body to be cleaned. The hosed-shower was adjustable, but the wall and a glass door which separate the shower tube and the toilet & wastafel were only built three quarters, which made the toilet and wastafel got some splashes. Fortunately, The water heater was working as well. 4. The breakfast was delivered to my room. Actually there was a restaurant at the top of the building but I wasn't sure whether it also served breakfast for the hotel's guests or it was only open for the public at night. I went to that rooftop restaurant to breathe some fresh air and taste some food. Well, the food was delicious but for the price it was a bit too expensive. 5. All the staff were nice, polite, warm and very helpful. But I wasn't sure whether I would have another night there again.

This cheap room in its class can give you complete facility and warm hospitality. Walking around for culinary things on afternoon will be great. Warm and friendly environment also make you comfy and feel like home.

Super satisfied with every aspects of this simple yet super comfy homey hotel! The aesthetics, services, cleanliness. First time staying at a hotel without any complaints. Definitely had a perfect staycation and planning to have another stay for even longer time😍💜

Good place to stay, clean room, friendly staffs, large parking area, good view from balcony, worth the price. Probably will stay there again in the future. Recommended!

this hotel is great, located in South Jakarta which is very strategic. you don't have to worry about food, there're a lot of restaurants nearby. the staffs are very friendly and helpful

Few times stayed here, same impression. Consistent. Any kind of travelling purposed such as backpacking, transit for few days, or anything, I chose stay here if I was trying to reach out Central Jakarta.

Really stratigic and centrally located scene, close to Malls (Setiabudi One) and to lots of Food areas. Treehouse Suites - are really well equipped with excellent services from reception to cleaning services. Room is really clean and wonderful equipped (from WiFi to towels) plus the staff are very conscience regarding requests and feedbacks. Overall - a well recommended place to stay - you need to be in time to book for the big Weekends (X-Mas, New Year) else out of stocks 😂.
