Worth it price. I was spend 2 nights here. Friendly staff, clean. There is a welcoming drink at the lobby, but the room that I was staying in has no window. Strategic location at Magelang street, near by to Tugu Monument, Tugu Train Station, Jogja City Mall, etc.

If you need just a cozy room to sleep, this hotel might be on your consideration. The beds are nice and shower room is nice with good water pressure, but don't expect other things. Sometimes you can hear noisy from your room, and the lobby is not really nice, but you won't spend your time on the lobby right?

Not as clean as 5 years ago, there are many small cockroaches in the room. Stayed for 4 nights, only the first day the room was cleaned and the towels and bed sheets were changed, even though I had asked for it to be cleaned.

The location is very strategic, quite close to the station and Malioboro. The service and room facilities are good. The only problem is the car park is not spacious enough and the type of breakfast menu is too simple (it tastes ok though)
