I was staying 1 night in Mercure PIK Jakarta with my wife and my sons to celebrate my Wedding Anniversary :-) It was truly great experience to have kind of staycation in Mercure PIK. A very friendly warm welcome from Hotel's Team Member, especially by Ms. Ade She's very nice, cheerful and helpful person from check-in process until check-out. She help to arrange for us to have nice stay by setting simple but sweet decoration in the room (If I'm not mistaken, it also helped by Ms. Natalia), give 2 Activity Books for my sons and complimentary cake with greetings card for my Wedding Anniversary. Moreover, once we're going to leave the hotel (check-out), she also together with Pak Hendianto help us to find missing shoes of my son that left in the room. That kind of experience makes Mercure is a lovely place to stay. The view (both city and beach view), swimming pool, cleanliness, food, etc. was very great. Looking forward to have another stay in Mercure PIK :-)

Overall very satisfied, easy access to mall for lunch or dinner, a lot of interested area to be visited around the hotel. Still need improvement on shower, water pressure rainfall is not too high and sanitary flew to outside

Customer Service Personnel were professional and friendly. The next door can hear kids and adults talking via the toilet very clearly. The level 9 should have placed some chairs for smokers to sit instead of standing. Overall experience was amazing.

Pelit, ganti spre aja gamau. Pas check in temen2 aku dateng trs pas mreka pulang aku minta d ganti spre nya tp d minta 500 rb, ngeselin banget deh.

It was perfect for a couple or a family staycation. Room was up to date, and service was beyond words. Staff was kind and indeed very accommodating. This will definitely be our go to hotel whenever in Bandung. Thank you Swissbell.

Handheld shower had corrosion smell (rain shower was OK), aircon control panel was not working (had to call the engineer to fix it during stay), tissue paper and liquid soap were not replaced automatically, old towels.
