Kok bisa ngaku bintang 3 … Ac rusak, kotor, nggak ada wifi, TV nggak jelas … kena prank nggak sesuai informasi di cantumkan.

Aku emang kurang cek review sebelum booking. Gegara panik takut hotel sesuai budget keabisan pas long weekend, akhirnya langsung booking tanpa pikir panjang. Sehari setelah booking gasengaja buka review dan jadinya waktu nyampe udah pasrah aja sih. Berharap atleast bisa tidur tapi ternyata masalahnya emang banyak banget. 1. Kamar kotor banget. Kayaknya udah lama nggak dibersihin, bantal sama sprei aja ada noda-noda. 2. AC-nya nggak bisa nyala sama sekali. Meski di Bandung, udaranya bikin nggak nyaman. 3. Nyamuk banyak banget. Gak tahan gatel-gatel mulu. Nggak tau sih itu gara-gara nyamuk atau karena kamar yang kurang bersih. 4. Toiletnya rusak, flush-nya nggak bisa dinyalain. Parahnya masih ada sisa poop, huhu, bikin nangis bgt. 5. Akhirnya, check out malem-malem karena terlalu horor dan nggak nyaman banget. Semoga manajemennya cepet memperbaiki ya, soalnya dengan harga segitu, fasilitasnya sangat kurang. Atleast kita yang booking bisa tidur dengan kondisi kasur yang bersih

For 100k IDR, we don't expect much thing, just be cleaned. Dark light, dirty toilet, dirty bed, broken air conditioner, broken bed, my body hurts after slept here, noisy, no towel, far from cleanliness.

Well definitely not a family-type hotel. The room aren't soundproof, and you can hear almost every moan from other rooms. The sheet and blanket are not clean and have many stains in it.
