Had a great stay at Novotel Jakarta Gajah Mada. The General Manager of this hotel sure have gems working under his wings. The hospitality shown from the Front Office (Mr Hero and all his colleagues) to the Concierge (Mr Sudiro and colleagues), Restaurant Manager and his staff is welcoming and made my stay like home. My triplet really do enjoy their stay and the kind, courteous and friendly staffs made their experience worthwhile. Will definitely came back to this hotel when my family visit Jakarta again. Stay there for 8 Days from (23/2 to 3/3). Wish I could extend my stay.

Arriving at the lobby: It stinks. It 's dark. Room: Smells old. Not fresh. Breakfast: Not worth it. An slice ot bread fell on the floor when an employee was restocking at the buffet. He took the slice of bread from the floor and. Put it on the buffet again. This Novotel is absolutely NOT a 4 * hotel. Try Novotel Tangerang. Now that novotel is good! Actually superb anf worth 5.

The room was spacious, but the problems start to arise on basic amenities. Pressure water pressure was not good, the hot water not working. The shampoo and conditioner was empty and replaced with mini shampoo with low quality.

We booked a room for two with breakfast. But because we clicked one adult in this app, we cannot have two breakfast. One of us has to pay. The staff said that the price of the room is different when you click one or two in the app, but I've checked and the price is the same. It is the price per room. Furthermore, the breakfast is very underwhelming. There is no cup for coffee (you have to use water glass for coffee). There is no butter.

No toothbrush and toothpaste in the room. Only one set of towel in the room. WiFi speed Very slow.

They don't have toothbrush in the room. I called 3 times in 1 hour and they finally delivered to me. I booked one room with breakfast But the hotel says Only one person breakfast. This is the first time I have experienced: with breakfast means Only one person.

I love this hotel! The window glass pretty thick that can isolated noisy from outside, comfortable bed but usually novotel give us 4 pillows (I only got 2). The place of this hotel pretty convenience, a lot of vendor street food, and Starbucks beside the hotel! Keep up the hard work novotel!
