Initially I was hesitant to book here because there weren't many photos of the room on Traveloka.
It turned out to be a good hotel, cool location, in the city center, nice view. The lobby is simple but luxurious. The hotel staff are very friendly.
After entering the room, my son was immediately happy, he said "this is my best birthday" haha.
Complete room facilities, everything works well, I asked for an additional bed, the work space was immediately transformed into a bedroom
Complete kitchen equipment, clean, complete bathroom equipment.
Breakfast has quite a lot of menus, but the best is the restaurant, very luxurious, with an executive lounge,
Next, this hotel will be my choice when I go to Jakarta.

Never ever. * Oakwood Premier Cozmo jakarta * was literally a joke. The staff and management are beyond a disgrace, the people working there were so weird. Receptionist are very very rude and angry persons with no managerial skills what so ever. The security and staff parking are rude too and just really didn't know how to conduct/speak to a peoples in a professional manner. The worst experience I've had with this hotel staff. Were incredibly rude and unhelpful! And before you ask yourself. "Can it really be that bad?" Trust me, yes it can.

Excellent stay as always. This hotel is my second home whenever my family are coming over. The breakfast are plenty to choose from, the taste is average but more importantly, every single one of the hotel staffs are very kind, helpful and professional. The room is as always very clean and quiet.

Only one person during check out time, where it was 12pm the limit of check out time, and I had to rush to airport. After waiting for 15 mins, there was a person came to help, when I complained it to the person in charge. Credit card refund were so confusing, at first the office said, it would get void after 4 days if doesn't get used, but during check out the officer said it would take 14 days for void process, so confusing and it shouldn't be that long. I think the management should redo the customer experience to ensure the all the good things are not ruined by the reception officers. Thanks, Victor.

Our Guest Relations Representative working on the afternoon shift is more than one person, and perhaps unfortunately at the check-out time at 12 pm, they may be engaged with some other task elsewhere. We have a standard check-in/check-out process time of not more than 10 minutes and it's apparent in this case that we fell short. We apologized for the delay in holding you back from going to the airport and we shall investigate this issue to prevent such an experience to re-occur. As for the release of credit card pre-authorization, it is normally at a maximum of 14-days or shorter. Should any of our Guest Relation associate was not clear in explaining the process, we truly are sorry and shall again take your feedback to re-train them again to avoid confusion and miscommunication in the future.
If you give us a chance to earn back your trust, I can assure you that we will do our best to give you the great hotel experience that so many of our guests have grown so fond of.
