Bad service. Book a deluxe room on the app when someone else arrives and the room is said to have been sold. If it's not ready, why is it still for sale? Then the standard room was replaced where the table couldn't be used anymore, the room walls were peeling off. We didn't want to put it. Then he gave a standard room again with facilities where the toilet was off and hot water didn't work. Really different from the photo. I didn't have time to take photos because I was tired and complicated with carrying a baby. Not yet at night, it is very noisy if you want to rest, it's not really a recommendation. If it's only for rent to sleep and you don't need to be comfortable, you can just come here.

Clean, safe, quiet. Anyway steady. The people are also friendly and polite. Next time, if you have the opportunity to go to Ambon, stay here again, sorry I didn't have time to check out because there was no one. See you again.

1. My booking was on the wrong date, within 3 minutes I wanted to ask to change the system date, they couldn't because I booked through the application and I paid using a credit card. Call the travel agent within 8 minutes of booking. Same, can't help because it's said to be a policy. I don't think this is wise. 2. My husband woke up and asked to change hotels because in the hotel there were no mugs and spoons for him to drink coffee. And he said a bit less clean.

Kamar tidak dirawat, pelayanan standar saja, sangat berisik, pengurus penginapan ribut sekali dan berteriak teriak seperti orang mabok hingga jam 4 subuh, lingkungan sekitar berisik. Walaupun di depan rumah seorang gubernur tapi tengah malam banyak motor dengan suara knalpot bising. Kamar mandi beraroma pesing walaupun sudah disiram ke seluruh area.
