Usually staying here can get a decent room, either why today was given a room at 5th floor (no elevator), and given a room whose air conditioner didn't work, even though around my room there were 3 empty rooms, but when I asked to move to another room the air conditioning is normal, the other rooms are closed all the time because there are already bookings. even though I book, pay, come and check in first. maybe tomorrow I have to find another hotel that doesn't differentiate customers ...

Stuffy room, smelly WC. I ordered the coffee immediately billed. Should check-out be billed. I have missed an HP charger. No one confessed. Sorry I stayed here. I will not recommend this hotel.
