It was really bad, what type of room was ordered, he gave another (downgraded 😒), the towel wasn't there either, he said it was finished. The receptionist is not responsive. So bad.

Advice for the hotel. Before guests check in. Please check the condition of the room. I checked in at 3. And the room was in a floor condition. The tv table was wet with a leak. Because it's been raining. But please, this is a hotel, right? Leaking time. Sorry. In the end, I didn't stay there and I gave up my 100 thousand money. The bathroom does not have a design door.

The first day of stay the sheets and blankets were shabby and like dirty. The next day, ask the officer and replace it with clean sheets and blankets. The location is very close to RS Fatmawati. The room is on the 3rd floor. The stairs on the 1st to 2nd floor have no handles so pre-elderly guests need to be careful. The officer's response is good, the air conditioner is cold, the rooms are relatively clean, overall for this price is ok, so extend 4 days.

Strategic location near Fatmawati Hospital. ATMs, pharmacies, mini markets, places to eat are also close by, just walking distance. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the air conditioner is cold, it's just that WiFi is sometimes not smooth.

The staff is not friendly. No towels. Go up to the floor without an elevator. I was accused of bringing women into the room, even though I was only delivering. Improve staff communication. Please d training.

Hotel tidak sesuai dengan yang difoto, AC nya ga dingin, temboknya pake triplek, wifi ga bisa nyambung, banyak semut, + pas waktu tidur tiba-tiba ada tikus besar jadi ga bisa tidur 🤦.
