Hotel kampret, mending tutup saja. Kasihan tamu backpacker an yang nggak paham seperti merasa terjebak. Kamar bau jorok, kotoran manusia dimana-mana dan seperti tidak pernah dibersihkan. Meng-atas namakan Syariah tapi berbanding terbalik 180derajat! Saran: Tutup saja penginapan ini karena sangat merugikan konsumen.

Sangat tidak sesuai ekspektasi, mana langsaung check in 2 hari 2 malam, kamar bau, jorok, tidak recommended, sangat kecewa.

Ditambah lagi, penginapan membuat aturannya tidak pernah temukan pada sistem hospitality manapun. Kami dipaksa untuk meninggalkan kunci kamar saat kami akan pergi dengan alasan, kalau pergi jauh dan lama, kecuali untuk makan di sekitar area penginapan, wajib meninggalkan kunci. Di resepsionis. Ini peraturan konyol, padahal kami bahkan belum melewati semalam pun menginap di situ. Sementara barang-barang kami masih ada di dalam kamar. Apa mereka mau bertanggung jawab kalau kalau barang kami ada yang hilang atau rusak saat kamar kami tinggalkan dengan situasi dimana kami dipaksa menyimpan kunci di lobi. Hal ini belum ditambah dengan kamar yang tidak bersih, kasur tambahan yang bau. Padahal kami bayar untuk itu, seprei nya juga bau sehingga harus di ganti. Tolong ASITA dan perhatikan ini. Danysa hotel adalah penginapan terburuk yang pernah saya nikmati. Sungguh buruk dari segi fasilitas dan pelayanan. Terutama salah seorang pegawainya yang suka menatap tamu (kebetulan kami perempuan) dengan lama. Katanya syariah. Ini harus dilatih dulu deh etika kalau mau buka layanan hospitality.
