Kondisi hotel tidak seperti dalam tampilan traveloka. Dari luar seperti tampak rumah rusak. Pelayanan kurang maksimal,, dan tdk ada pilihan buat breakfast meskipun di bayar. Tks mohon maaf atas kekujuran kami 🙏🏻

The receptionist was not friendly and doesn’t care with guest. I just come to there in afternoon the receptionist was play the phone even we ask her. And after that in the evening there’s another receptionist and this receptionist was same with the before one. This guy playing games even we ask nicely to him. He only playing game.

Very dirty hotel. Employees are not sensitive. I ask for help to enter the goods to the car but silent just open the door do not mw help angkt goods. The cleanliness is also very bad. The employees are less friendly. Do not recommend once the balls are there. Elevator is off so have to climb the manual steps that make tired. Does not match the one in the photo. GROSS BANGET
