The service was very unfriendly, the sheets and pillowcases were not washed and replaced when changing guests, the mattress smelled of urine, very disappointing.

Please stop collaborating with the hotel, sorry for the visitors, lots of people are cheated, the hotel smells dirty, the bed sheets still have traces of hair and lipstick, the worst hotel

The bed sheets were not replaced, after asking to be replaced it seemed like the bed sheets were no longer pure white. The AC is not cold. It's a shame, but I've given up.
