At first I thought this hotel is overrated! But once I tried staying here, I understand why it's always fully booked! OK the hotel is great, facilities are awesome, high quality amenities, delicious food, warm swimming pool, complimentary tea time, and lots of activities for kids. But the best this hotel offers is their service! All staffs are amazing, kind, helpful, and cheerful! They seem to have this energy that makes us happy. Always try to help, always greets, always say yes to every request. All staffs are amazing but miss Regina from front office is the best of all. She really did the extra mile to make sure our stay is perfect, she even sent complimentary cake for my daughter ❤️. This hotel has the best health protocol in place compared to other hotels I've been. Pedulilindungi wherever we go (one person one scan, and the staff really makes sure we scan it). Staffs help handling the food at breakfast (minimize cross contamination). I will definitely be back!

Best pandemic (Or not) Staying experience, my son fell in the playground area due to slippery condition after raining, they closed the playground immediately and all the staff very attentive (Credit to pak raya ESP) Helping my son a lot (Bring panadol, ice pack, some mineral water and pocari, also snack) Breakfast taste great, they gave 1 hour duration time to makesure the resto is not crowded, magnificent and large portion of dinner in the restaurant also the pool limited for 20persons only, all pool are warm water the mountain tracking also great, best hotel if you finding a wonderful family experience cant wait to have another chances to stay in padma

Salah satu hoter terbaik dalam keramahan staff nya. Menu sarapan banyak pilihan nya. Worth the price 😆. Hanya sekedar saran, untuk tracking klo bisa ada pilihan mulai jam lebih pagi atau tamu bisa tracking sendiri

This accommodation is perfect for a staycation, family stay, etc. This hotel provides super excellent services from the minute you stepped out of your car at the lobby until the last day you stayed there. The staff were very friendly and helpful starting from the security, front office staff, restaurant staff, room services staff, swimming pool staff. There were some of them even left heart warming pieces of memories were the service from Mr. Hanan and Ms. Priscilla at the Dining area. You must try the "Beras Kencur with Vanilla Ice" offered by Mr. Hanan. Overall, I really enjoyed it and had a super pleasant stay. Thank you Padma Hotel Bandung

Padma is on my wish list for a long time, and finally my family & I have an opportunity to stay there. What a great hotel I've been visited. Hope can be back there with my family soon. Good place, good food, good vibes, good service, good experience.

Perfect for holiday with family. Many activities that kids and adults can do at adventure park. And there is a seasonal event like Kids Party Foam (22 Dec - 7 Jan) and my kid was so happy. The service was great.

This was not our first visit to Padma. Padma ' s forest hillside scenery are always amazing. Every one of Padma ' s staff are very friendly and helpful, probably due to excellent customer service training. The hotel facilities are very good, my family especially loves the 31 ° c 1.8 m pool, 40 ° C jacuzzi, gym, steam room and sauna room. They also have various outdoor activities like flying fox, wall climbing, archery, basketball half-court, nano football, rabbit-feeding, etc. The breakfast was super delicious with a wide variety of food worthy of a 5-star hotel in Jakarta. Thank you Padma for the complementary upgrade to the Studio room.

From the moment we arrived, we felt pampered and taken care of. We were greeted with a warm welcome. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The hotel's amenities are top-notch and cater to every need. The hotel offers a serene and tranquil atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. Amazing Hotel with the best service I've experienced. We stayed 4 days and everyday only get better and definitely felt like home away from home. All staffs will ensure you get all you need, from the reception, reataurants to the room. The breakfast is amazing, afternoon tea is something you don't want to miss. Shout out to Dina, Ola, and everyone who always energetic and lovely to offer us some drinks, food, and table. Facilities are great, lota of activities to occuppy kids and adult, but if something can be improved, is the soundproofing. For some reason guests already loud and active since 5 am. Lot's of happy and sad kids heard both from the pool and the hallway.
