For the superior room, it's quite good, it's just a bit unfortunate that the appearance of the room walls has a lot of patch marks, some of the wall paint is peeling off and there is seepage from the bathroom, the mattress was a bit dirty with a lot of dust but fortunately it doesn't smell or smells good, other than that everything is clean. I'm most satisfied with the service, the staff are super friendly, hehe, very helpful, and the breakfast is also delicious 👍🏻.

The hotel clerk is friendly, but does not match the photo of the hotel building, different applications are displayed at a price of 155. The hotel is different, you have to walk another 50 m, the room is not ready at check-in even though it has been informed via telephone 1 day before and 2 hours before arriving in Bengkulu city. we had to wait outside again.

Ternyata gambar hotel beda dengan yang di pesan, yang harga 155 ke tidak mempunyai halaman parkir jadi harus parkir 200 m dari tempat parkir yang di sediakan, di kamar tidak mempunyai tempat buat cas hp, kalo mau ngecas harus matikan tv, tidak ada telpon di kamar kalo ada perlu sesuatu kita harus bolak balik kamar. 🙏🏻.

when I checked in, I was not told that there was more water pipe repair so there was no Aer. right in and want to take a shower Aer does not come out. when I asked, he said wait 20 minutes. uhh, it took a long time. there is no plug for the cellphone charge. There are also. out of reach. there is no desk.

The hotel is new, still clean, the waiter is very kind, breakfast is given several menu choices that we ask to inform the night before. Just put it: to add electric sockets next to the bed and near the vanity to make it easier for people to dry their hair, and you should add lights to the vanity

First came to be placed in a room opposite the hotel (underneath the car repair shop) because the rooms in the hotel were full. Entering the first room, the AC was very hot (turned on but the AC was not working). facilities are very lacking, no towels, soap only, and only 1 bar of soap, no tel extension that can contact the receptionist. for breakfast I do not know, because I do not feel the breakfast because it does not know also where the breakfast is enough experience first and last stay there. please repair from all its gala.
