Strategic location, but yesterday I got a room that had lots of mites (bed bugs). Please improve the cleanliness. Thank You.

I'm tired of staying at this hotel, the rooms are quite big, but they lack cleanliness, there are no trash cans, toiletries are not provided, drinking water is not provided, the water heater is not on, the toilet floor is slippery and not clean.

Thank you, just spend the night here. 1. There are no towels. 2. The water is small. 3. The shower faucet gives an electric shock. 3. The toilet hose broke.

The staff is slow, most of them are dumbfounded, the room has mice, the bathroom is broken and there is no shower, the receptionist is not careful in handling complaints. Please change the staff and service. Very bad! This was my first time staying at a hotel, showering with a bowl.

The room is quite clean. But then the lights went out. When I wanted to take a shower, the shower fell off.

There are no toiletries, for example soap, toothbrushes, towels! The part where they asked for towels was said, you'll have to pay straight away, drinking water wasn't given, it was a mess, it's not good. It's not the money that matters, it's the comfort.
