Semua Receptionist nya sangat tidak ramah (cewek maupun cowok), apa lagi pada saat check out. Saya di mintain charge sama receptionist nya yg cowok sebesar Rp 100.000 di karenakan seprai kena tumpahan air sedikit (air putih), padahal seprai dan bedcover nya saja sudah belel, dan banyak noda dari awal dan terlihat jorok. Harga kamar Rp 300.000, di mintain charge hampir setengah harga kamar cuma kena tumpahan air putih. Buruk.

Changed rooms twice, in the first room the AC was off and didn't turn on, then in the second room the TV had no picture at all. Finally decided to check out directly that evening.
