The receiptionist, the staffs are so friendly, polite and helpful. The room is not that clean, but still normal because it make sense with the price. Good so far.

The sheets and beds are clean, the environment is comfortable, the house is very comfortable and homely, there is a communal prayer room. Only the bathroom door didn't close in room 15 and there were cobwebs in the cupboard in front of the bathroom.

It is strictly prohibited for guests to smoke inside the building. The smell of smoke came into my room, making me nauseous. Those who smoke are good on the sofa. Cleanliness is always satisfying. Only the TV can't display broadcasts. Even though the top box is on and the remote is working.

Overall it's comfortable to stay here, the staff are also satsetsatset, but there is something that needs to be fixed, the air conditioner is not cold enough and the sound is quite loud, the shower handle is also tight, needs to be consolidated so that the shower doesn't move.

All and all, okay. Quiet, clean location, in a nice neighborhood. The building and rooms are also nice. The staff are friendly and helpful. Of the 4 times I've stayed here, 2 times there were cockroaches in the room. It's really disgusting, yes. The suggestion is that no one can smoke in the building for anyone. Because the smell of smoke coming into the room makes you nauseous. Guests like to smoke on the inside sofas, staff smoke on the lower stairs.

Friendly service, strategic location, near a minimarket and several places to eat. The facilities are complete and the AC, TV and water heater function well. Basically recommended.

Clean, comfortable, AC works well, TV is also helped by staff, you can get towels, toothpaste, toothbrush, soap, cupboard, table clothes hangers, chairs, Aqua, that's good.

Not bad for a transit stay, got room number 18 there was a clear window open on the side of the room right on the edge of the living room. To anticipate pranksters and maintain privacy, it's better to close it. Thank you.

I left the food in the refrigerator, when I took the remaining bit, I don't know where the rest went. The name of the hotel is sharia but it doesn't sound like sharia.
