Very disappointed with the staff who made a fuss, couldn't talk properly, how come I was only 1 hour late checking out because there was an obstacle on the road, when I returned to the room the key was blocked and had to be paid again in full 24 hours to get the items in the room, not given the slightest leeway, where the room and bathroom STINK, the AC was not cold, the towels were exactly like mops, I will not stay there again.

the check-in and check-out processes were okay, the receptionist was helpful and friendly. however, since I needed to check-out early around 5AM, I couldn't have the breakfast. and also when I stayed there, there were some other guests that were so noisy until midnight, it was really annoying. but overall, this place is okay for a short stay in ambon

I have stayed several times at Fortune 3, but in 2019 it was not pleasant because: the cleanliness of the room had not been noticed, the toilet / bathroom was dirty, the toothbrush and toothpaste were gone, the chair in the room was not there, water was running guest quota if not requested is not given, AC is not cold. In previous years the conditions above were quite good. Please correct again.

elevator was broke we must enter room in 3rd and 4th floor by stairs, breakfast was late, there's cockroach entering my room, mineral water was empty, but gladly the heater is on

The room is clean and the medium size is not too small. Only toiletries are not provided, especially tissue should be provided in the bathroom and bedroom, doormats must also be requested first and then given. Sendal is not available. Yellow rice breakfast wrap. The air conditioner is quite cold. Strategic area very close to Amplas and Masjid Raya Al-Fatah. Looking for food and coffee is very easy and there are many around the hotel, there are grilled fish around the hotel and other snacks. And near the center of souvenirs. Recommended to stay here.
