It was a very bad experience, this is the fitst time stay at the hotel, I arrived at noon after long flight, I will take one night at Balikpapan before continue to next travel. I got room 107, at the corner, I asked to get the room closed to door or lift, but I can't get it. Room 107, the floor was dusty, maybe never been cleaned up, and the toilet was stuck, my wife has to used public toliet, and when I checked out, the room girls said and report through radio, peanut snack and drinking water was empty, even both are non available since I enter the room. My first and last book to this hotel again. Take care for traveller to this hotel.

The bed including the pillow case and bed cover was very dirty, it looks like it hasn't been changed since the previous guest. So very uncomfortable!

It 's a pleasant staycation for my lil family. The room 's clean enough albeit some of the wallpapers were peeled off the wall. I asked for additional breakfast and they gave me nasi goreng with a quite cheap price. Overall I felt satisfied with the service. Next time if I ever book a room here again I'd like to ask for a 1st floor room. It 's kind of a hassle to bring all my stuff through the staircase without bell boy 's help.

The room was clean , very cozy , the view was very green , I sleep very comfortly there , the water is good , hot water is running very well , eventhought the water a little bit to hoot is you by accident turn the wrong side , the AC was a little bit hot , but everything is fine
