Old hotel but well maintained, the room is spacious and comfy. There were tear and wear but did not affect the stay. The location is actually quite strategic but due to one open entrance, it is quite a distance and traffic to turn when coming from the east. The staffs are friendly.

Frontline staff not informing us since the beginning of check in that the room has a connecting door, I directly called the front office once we checked in to complaint but she said it's the only room left and the room besides is empty, when I asked for more options in villa suites the upgrade price offered is 250k, so we decided to stay in the current room. Found out that the connecting door quality is very poor, the sound from guest beside us is extremely noisy even until 3am really disturbing our rest quality (sound recording sent to their whatsapp). Though they offered another room to stay at 3am we refused as it 's not easy to move with children at that time. And means that they actually have another rooms right? Please Sahid, improve your front liners core value and standard of information to the Guests. I usually used sahid for personal use and company event, now not anymore. Thanks.
