Pintu kamar di lantai 5 ternyata dapat dibuka dr luar, pintu bermasalah namun langsung diganti dengan kamar lain. Namun kebersihan dalam kamar kurang baik ada kecoak-kecoak kecil yang berkeliaran di lantai toilet dan dinding kamar. Mungkin butuh pest control. Sarung bantal juga sudah kusam ada noda-noda hitamnya. Breakfast OK. Jarak hotel ke ciwalk sangat dekat. Best.

Cukup sekali saja menginap disini. Lobby tidak harum sama sekali. Masuk kamar apalagi baunya apek. Sampai pindah kamar. Dikamar banyak anak kecoa jalan”. Shower airnya kecil dan hanya ada air panas. Sampai tidak keramas karena takut rambutnya kebakar🤣 Hari kedua harusnya dapet breakfast, pas turun ke restonya tutup kosong. Pihak hotel saya wa tidak dibales. Point plusnya cuma stuffnya baik. Sisanya zonk🙏🏻

I usually have no expectations for accommodation like facilities or amenities, but at least it have to be decent in cleanliness. For 650k+ this is absolutely unacceptable, I got my room very damp to the bed, carpet is smells bad and I snapped when there are cockroach and other insects at bathroom. I complained to the front desk and they gave me new room, it was just a little better from the previous one but at least there is no bugs in the room.
