I've been twice staying here, because the hotel is great, clean have a good staff and close to everywhere. But last time I stayed here was so disappointed because the blanket was ripped, the toilet so dirty and all of the table full of dust make me sneeze all night:(and the worst the staff just say sorry, thought the hotel will give a compliment or anything but seems like they didn't care at all. I was like this hotel but for staying here again maybe I have to think hundred times: (.

I asked for non-smoking room, but tabacco 's smell was so strong. I've got a wet towel, and should wait until morning to get a new one because they did not answer my whatsapp. The restaurant didn't looks like ready to serve us for breakfast, the seat are limited so we should've to wait for empty seat, and also the food, I'm sorry to say but the taste wasn't good enough for me, I think the spicies weren't cooked well so the unpleasant aroma was still there. I hope my experience can be seen as a positive side for hotel improvement.

The room was actually quite wide for budget hotel. The location was strategic, 5 mins away from 23 paskal. However, the carpet was dirty and only 1 lamp could be turned on 😅 No cold water all day, the towel was ripped on the edge, the was somehow could not be set properly. Eid music was played on the room hall all day, even at night. It was a unique and odd at once, but luckily didn't bother at all.

Good location, with Chinatown surrounding. Very close to grocery. Air Conditioner was superb! But, unfortunately the hot water was bad. Room cleanliness was just enough.

Serela Waringin is not so bad. It could be better tho. My 1 day stay here was quite pleasant, there are a few inconveniences but in the end it all went ok. The staffs were super helpful and very accommodating. Specially Miss Shera at the Front Desk and Mr. Aris at the Technician dept. Even tho the hotel didn't provide any room services service (like food & drinks), I can easily find food and drinks nearby. Either it's at the neighbouring convenient store or at the food trucks and restaurants at Jl. Kelenteng. Surely I will come and stay here again if there are some works to do around the area. Hopefully Serela Waringin will be much better. Cheers!

So many cockroaches in the shower room! No showercap. The towels don't absorb the water very well, bad quality of fabric. Didn't even try the breakfast since the hygiene in the room was already bad.
