last minute booking. c/i at 4 AM. Reception was helpful as well. the room and the washroom are clean. it had flat TV and AC in it. the bed covers were comfy and nice smell and suitable for lower budgetary so cheap. just hundred meters to LRT st. Agung Mosque, Ampera bridge, Musi river, BKB and others

hotel staff was good responsif. but cleanliness is very poor and tv cable not play. hope to make sure that floor,room and bathroon was clean. thanks

The place was dirty with stained sheets. But to be fair, if you are looking for a cheap place to stay and don't mind the cleanness, this can be your choice. The staff were quite friendly and nice thou.

Sky Residence is definitely very low budget accommodation. And understandably some services and amenities will not be available. However for the amenities that are provided, it is not up to standard / quality: 1. Bedsheets were stained and dirty and smelled very bad which is a very basic need for an accommodation. 2. Bathroom was shared amongst 7 other rooms. Which is understandable for the price. However, it was not clean and the door's locks were broken! Which is not Ideal for bathrooms that are being shared with others! 3. Walls are very thin and creaky and we could hear everyone on the same floor as you. The windows are terribly designed and can't be closed completely. 4. Service was not great. Had to request everything one by one as they forgot to give the toiletries & towels and toothbrush and toothpaste not provided at all. 5. Located very deep within a small alleyway. Not accessible by car at all. Only by motorcycle. Pros: 1. Very cheap

The facilities I got for the cheap price is amazing. I got a nice bed with an air conditioner, tv, desk, towel, and wifi. The bathroom was a public one, but it was clean and had a shower with warmed water. Probably the best thing about the hotel is its location at the center of the city, so you can go many places easily. My only complaint is the wifi. It was too slow for me, only around 500 kb/s download speed (according to the speed test).
