A little input, for the rinse room in the swimming pool, please install a place to hang clothes to make it easier and don't forget to refill the soap. Thank You. Please taste why the food is like this. Almost nothing delicious. Even down to the pastry. Only fruit can be eaten. The menu variations are also not diverse. And it's not connected to be combined with others. The kitchen staff is also not friendly. Grooming is a mess. A hotel class should pay attention to the grooming of its staff. The best service is at the receptionist. The room is neat but the sink is crusty and there is moss in the corners of the toilet. And lots of mosquitoes in the room. Then there were cockroaches too. Ouch🥲.

The parking lot is quite wide, below there is an Indormaret who wants to shop for nightly needs. The location is also strategic, the swimming pool is also wide and quiet so you can swim freely. Large executive room, just less elegant, impressed like a guest room. Overall recommendation 🤙.

I checked in with an executive room message but instead I was given a normal room with the receptionist, room 1212 with a small, dusty and smelly room size. Finally I complained and was given the actual room. The sizes are very different. What I'm confused about is why the receptionist gave me a random room even though I ordered an executive one. Very disappointing even though I ordered an executive room.
