I had a wonderful stay here, the room was really comfortable and the atmosphere was also relaxing, the staff are friendly and the location also really strategic just besides the toll road. easy access and easy to find food too.

The staffs are friendly, but the cleanliness is poor. First arrive we were given the smoking room, while we never request it. The smoking room was horrible: smoky smell, dust, and only given 1 toothbrush while there 2 persons check in. So unprepared! Glad that after we requested, the hotel moved us but then there was problem with the sink, where the waterhole stucked so the water couldn't be drained. So don't know if they do recheck before we move in. So maybe for short staying the hotel is okay, but not recco for long stay period.

The reception only has 1 person standby and it can be quite a bottleneck. Its tiring to wait in line just to check-in woth a lot of baggages. The bed is not cleaned properly, I can find previous guest ' s hair. And I can see a few mutiple debris in the bed. It ' s itchy. Also the hotel is near train station or something because every few moments I can hear a loud train/something noise.

The soundproof inside the room is bad, the train sounds at night really disturbing. I lost my phone charger while switching to other room. Breakfast 's espresso machine is broken, and they giving us instant coffee.
