VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!
1. THE RECEPTIONIST IS DISAPPOINTED
2. THE TOILET IS BROKEN, IT SHOULD BE FIXED FIRST! THIS IS BECAUSE THE TOILET IS BROKEN SO THE EVENT WAS DELAYED DUE TO THE QUEUE FOR THE BATHROOM.
3. I RENTED FOR 2 DAYS, ON THE 2ND DAY I WAS NOT IN THE HOTEL, BUT THAT NIGHT SOMEONE STAYED IN MY ROOM, WITHOUT MY PERMISSION.
THE SECURITY MAN HAS TRIED TO CALL TO CONFIRM WITH THE RECEPTIONIST, BUT THE RECEPTIONIST DID NOT VERIFY THE DATA, RESULTING THAT OTHER PEOPLE STAYED IN THE ROOM THAT I HAD RENTED!
POINTS TO CONSIDER
1. PLEASE FIX THE FACILITIES FIRST, THEN RENT IT
2. PLEASE GIVE THE RECEPTIONIST A PROPER HOSPITALITY LESSON, THEN BECOME A RECEPTIONIST

Not recommended. I don't know if the bed sheets have been changed or not, smelly, dirty, allergies flare up, have to wear a mukena to sleep so that the sheets don't touch it directly. The floor is dirty, oily, like it's never been mopped. The bathroom is like a kidnapping base bathroom, really scary and dirty. The AC is not cold, the room is not soundproof. The photos are very different from the original. The receptionist is not on standby. Sorry, please fix it 🙏🏻

There was no staff in the lobby during check in and check out. The bathroom smelled and was not cleaned (soap residue from previous occupants), when rinsing with shower water it tasted rusty. The room door was difficult to lock.

The worst hotel. Actually the hotel concept is OK, unfortunately there is minimal maintenance. Very bad service, dirty bed, dirty room, lots of handprints everywhere, dirty bathroom. Sleeping with itching and bumps, even though there are no mosquitoes. OMG 😱. Expensive price compared to facilities.

Actually, the existing facilities are quite good, it's just that the cleanliness of the floors and bathrooms is still not given enough attention, they should be cleaned regularly, such as the fan in the bathroom, the mat is replaced periodically and the floor is really swept well until it is really clean.

Banyak semut, ac ga dingin dan bocor handuk terlihat kotor dan bau nya ga enak sampe saya beli handuk baru, tv sinyal nya ilang terus, tapi enak nya banyak banget tukang makanan nya di sekitar penginapan.

The bathroom is very small, the shower doesn't have a proper position. The room floor is dusty. The bed sheets, pillowcases and blankets are starting to turn yellow and have spots. The towels smell and look dirty. No amenities? Wifi often disconnects, is unstable, until finally it can't be used.
