1) No water heater. 2) No air conditioner. 3) The bedspreads are not comfortable. 4) The toilet is unclean. 5) The toilet flush didn't work. 6) Some bulbs didn't work both in the room and at the corridor. 7) No dustbin in the room.

Not pleasant to live in, the lack of lighting makes the villa dark, I was very disappointed because the expensive rooms had inadequate facilities.

Short stay. It was an acceptable experience 🙂 Seems like the place got hit really bad by the COVID-19 pandemic. The facilities and services provided were okay. Startegic location. Lots of restaurants and mini markets surrounding the area. Easy access to tourist attractions. Recommended 👍

Our time at the villa was amazing. The views were beautiful, the place had a great location, and the staff was super helpful. It ' s a perfect spot for a relaxing vacation.

We check in at night. There are no amenities in the room. No towels. Bed dirty. Many spots on their bed sheets.

Pros:+ Location: in the central Lembang. Cons:- The unit is not so clean, hot water was taking too long to be used, no basic amenities, no towels, TV didn't work, only recorded channel.- The receptionist is not the real one, they are basically the people who took care of the villa so no basic customer service skills. The insight: I believe the owner should consider checking all the facilities in the Villa. It has potential but if no one is taking care of it. This is just the insight, hope the owner will listen to this.

The room is very small and narrow, very bad smells of cigarette smoke inside the room and no air circulation, no welcome drink, no clothes hangers, water for shower and toilet is very little and low pressure, no phone signal and no wifi, no toilet paper, no tissue.
