I booked here for my clients since I've read some good reviews about them. But last night, when my clients arrived, the staff told that they don't have a reservation in your hotel. I told my clients that I booked it online via app. Don't they have a computer to update their system about their reservations online? They told them that even in their computer, my clients name was not there. I got panic. Time check,that was 12am midnight, my guests probably are exhausted from their long hours of travelling from El Nido. Later on, another staff told to them that it is confirmed they have a reservation. I hope this will not happen again to your future bookings and much better to always update your reservations to not have any conflicts. Thank you.
