I'm Amelou May A. Saqueza, Booked in your hotel last July 2, 2019 around 5:21 PM  for one night. There are lots of findings that you have to improve and take actions on this. Below are some of the findings upon checking-in: 1. The two front office staff at the front desk doesn't know how to greet. 2. I went to the mall just across the hotel because I need to withdraw for the incidental charges of 1,000 pesos after which, I went back to the hotel to give the the 1,000 pesos and then they just lend me the receipt. I am waiting for them to have this spiel of "Ms. Saqueza, Your number is 603 and here's your Key card. Mr. ABC will assist you going to your room. Do you have any questions? Have a pleasant day and enjoy your stay with us!" Something spiel like that. 3. As I went inside the room, I have lots of findings. The smell of the room is really  old. Other findings, just see attached file. I am also working in Hospitality Industry for almost 6 years already as a Hygiene and Sanitation and Quality Assurance. So I am very very vigilant in terms of the quality, hygiene and sanitation standards. I want you to make action on this matter and forward to me your corrective actions. Your hotel is very promising one because of the  luxurious theme you have. Thank you and more powers to Camel Hotel! --  Respectfully.

Well you get what you pay. The hotel is old not comfortable and I got room for disable which I am not. The only good thing is the location close to supermarket and cafes. The staffs are friendly but they really need to improve the facility.

The only hotel complimentary thing here is soap. Nothing more. No bathrobes! You need to pay for extra towels. Slippers aren’t disposable too. Everything is kinda old. From sheets to pillows. Yes it’s clean but the smell is too strong. Sometimes the phone isn’t working. The minibar (which is an old small ref) isn’t getting colder too. I got so much expectation for this hotel but it seems that 2 star hotels in QC are better than this one. Think twice before booking here. Save your money.

The place is old looking in a good way. Aircon is new. Bathroom is clean. Cable TV is not that clear though. The location is nice, there's 711 and a coffee shop (CBTL) in front of the hotel. Most importantly for me, there is a parking space.

The sheets were a bit worn out so as the towels. The towels smelled like it was not washed enough. My shoe slid under the bed and was covered with dust when I retrieved it. The closet still had clothes of the previous occupant. I hope you improve your services soon.

It was okay but we had to request for toiletries because it was not automatically available and the shower was not working. We didn’t bother to change rooms though because we’ve already slept at the bed and our things are unpacked there. Hopefully, next time we’ll have a better experience.

The dungeon bar and the deluxe room is really great. I suggest that you should make the wifi work properly and not just one device can use it. Add a shampoo, soap and toothbrush for those visitor who does not have any of it. And the best among the rest is the online reservation. It is very helpful and it is more low cost than paying at the hotel.

It was a bad stay! Mattress has stains, unkept bathtub and the shower, the water is black! We were at room 602 and there's this clunking sound all night long from the water pipes, I had a hard time sleeping! And the staffs were so dishonest! I left my 32gb USB still attached at the back of the TV, I left yesterday exactly 1pm. By the time that I got home, I realized I left my USB at this hotel so I called them immediately! Well, they told me that no one has entered that room when we left and there is no USB! I know 100% I left it there, I emphasized to check at the back of the TV, so they went to check it again and this time I can hear them bickering! To sum it all up there is no USB! It was a stressful stay!
